Dr. R.Chandramohan is the Principal of our College since July 2023. He is Post Doctorate in Physics with B.Ed, with more than 41 years of academics, 31 years of research experience in Physico-chemical synthesis, characterization and device design. He is highly experienced in youth counseling and educational administration. He was earlier Principal at Sree Sevugan Annamalai College, Devakottai and Research Advisor to Vidhyaa Giri College of Arts and Science, Puduvayal. He was the Coordinator, Indira Gandhi National Open University Centre IGNOU SC 43052, NSS Officer, NCC Coy Commanderand Coordinator, Science Club affiliated to Federation of Science Clubs of India. His Biography published in top 2000 best biographies. He has 200 meritorious publications in international and national journals, rendered invited presentations at international and national conferences and other Research Forum Plenary. He has 3 patents (national-Indian) completed 4 projects, host scientist to CV Raman Fellowship for African nationals. Research Supervisor for 14 Ph.D and 14 M.Phil Scholars author of 4 book chapters and 5 Books. He did Post Doctoral studies at Taiwan in Nanoscience and Technolgy and Thin film Growth. Member Alumni of Alagappa University, Alagappa College, and secretary of Alumni Association Platinum Jubilee 2022. Served as Board of Studies Chairman and Member IQAC of Alagappa University as an UCC member. Coordinated Tamilnadu Physical Education and Sports University Distance Education Study Centre D0123. Received Fellowships to attend academic conferences from DST, CSIR, COSTED and UGC. He has a citation over 3000 with h index 32 and i10 index 82.

With ‘growth’ as the ‘goal’, our institution named after the great Saint Sri la Sri Nachiappa Swamigal has been carrying out missionary initiatives for the past 14 years. Being a pillar of support in all our endeavours, Sri la Sri Meyyappa Gnana Desika Swamigal, the Former Chief Pontiff of Koviloor Mutt was the Secretary of our college and an active contributor to the growth of the institution in all ways since inception. His blessings through eyes filled with the ocean of love inspires all the people. Presently our Secretary Sri La Sri Narayana Desika Swamigal is contributing significantly being an avid reader in wide range of subjects, including Philosophy, Auditing, Commerce Religion, Management, Art and Literature. He is a Multifaceted Personality with proficiency in Tamil literature, Hindu scriptures including the Vedas and the Upanishads. He preaches and practices selfless service with compassion and his spiritually inspired approach lends beauty and charm to social welfare.
